Head of Product Design & Senior Product Designer
I’m Alexandre Dal Pizzol, a product designer and design leader with 20+ years of experience in fintech and digital products. I’ve worked in Europe, Asia and Latin America, from a peer-to-peer currency exchange in the UK to a Malaysian neobank with over 1 million users.
I like to own the whole process: user research, UX/UI, design systems, gamification and microinteractions. I work closely with Product, Engineering, Data and Compliance, and I always try to tie design back to the numbers that matter, like acquisition, engagement and retention.

- Tort page and research hub, featured content architecture and table ownership visualization, plus a fork of the Partner Portal for a banking partner.
- Helped the Intake team map the full journey from ad to firm handoff. Key finding: Claimant Services is an undocumented post-signing validation stage, which explains the Qlik drop-offs. Interviews with signed claimants in progress, segmented by case type, conversion speed (fast ~2 days, slow ~10 to 14 days) and demographics.
- Designed AI-assisted intake tools in Salesforce, from SMS and chat contact history to AI vs human outcome reviews with auditable overrides.
